Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 25, 2026

This policy explains how Baserock LLC ("Baserock", "we") handles information on this website and in Baserock Studio, an internal tool we use to publish our own videos to our own TikTok, YouTube and Instagram accounts. Baserock Studio is not offered to the public and connects only to accounts owned by Baserock.

1. This website

This website has no cookies, analytics, tracking, forms or user accounts. It is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which processes standard request data (such as IP address) to serve the site, under the Google Privacy Policy. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply.

2. TikTok data

Baserock Studio uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API with these permissions only:

PermissionData accessedWhy
user.info.basic Open ID, display name and avatar of the connected account. To confirm which Baserock account is connected.
video.upload Permission to send videos to the connected account. To upload Baserock's videos as drafts, which a Baserock team member then posts in the TikTok app.

The tool also stores the access and refresh tokens TikTok issues. It does not read followers, messages, comments, analytics or other videos. See the TikTok Privacy Policy.

3. YouTube and Google data

Baserock Studio uses the YouTube Data API v3 with one permission, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload. It accesses the access and refresh tokens Google issues and the API's responses to its own uploads (such as the video ID). It uses them only to upload Baserock's videos to Baserock's channel.

By using features of Baserock Studio that rely on YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy. Baserock Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Instagram and Meta data

Baserock Studio uses the Instagram Graph API. It accesses the account ID, username and access token Meta issues, and uses them only to publish Baserock's videos and captions to Baserock's accounts. See the Meta Privacy Policy.

5. Storage, sharing and retention

Tokens and platform data are stored only on a Baserock-controlled computer, in files readable only by the account that runs the tool. They are not stored on any server. All connections to TikTok, Google and Meta use HTTPS.

We do not sell, share or transfer this data to anyone. It is sent only to the platform it came from, as part of the API requests that publish videos, unless the law requires disclosure. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or training AI models.

We keep data only while the account is connected, and delete it within 30 days after the account is disconnected, access is revoked or deletion is requested.

6. Revoking access and deletion

To request deletion of any data we hold, email contact@baserockhq.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We complete it within 30 days.

7. Changes and contact

We post any changes on this page and update the effective date. Questions: contact@baserockhq.com.
