Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the Baserock LLC ("Baserock", "we") website and of Baserock Studio (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Baserock Studio
Baserock Studio is an internal tool that Baserock uses to upload its own videos to its own TikTok, YouTube and Instagram accounts. It is used only by Baserock, it is not offered to the public, and it does not access or publish content for any other person or account. Anyone using it on Baserock's behalf must connect only Baserock's accounts, upload only content Baserock has the rights to, keep tokens confidential and follow each platform's policies.
2. Third-party platforms
Content published through Baserock Studio is also subject to each platform's terms:
- TikTok: TikTok Terms of Service
- YouTube: YouTube Terms of Service. By using features of Baserock Studio that rely on YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Meta: Instagram Terms of Use
3. No warranty and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baserock is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, and its total liability is limited to US$100.
